How will I know what’s been bought?

You will receive a weekly update via email showing who has contributed, along with their message. 

I don’t want to buy the whole bed! How do I contribute to a large item?

You can purchase a gift voucher in multiples of £10, £20, £50 or £100. Once the gift list is closed then the recipient will decide on how they want to spend these contributions and which larger items we will begin to manufacture. 

When does my list open?

Once you have chosen all of your items you need to contact the Gift List Account Manager at giftlist@raftfurniture.co.uk or call 020 8450 5078.

How much does it cost to set up a wedding list?

Nothing, the service is absolutely free to both you and your guests, including 1 free delivery to an address in the UK mainland* (*If your postcode is in one of the following areas then you will need to request a quote for delivery charges: PA, PH, IV, AB, HS, ZE, KW, GY, JE, IM, BT, Republic of Ireland and all other countries.)

Where do I go to set up my wedding list?

You can select items online from the main RAFT website or by visiting our stores  (click here for store information).

How do I notify my guests where I am holding my wedding list?

We will supply you with small gift list cards free of charge to insert into your invitations. Your Gift List Account Manager will confirm with you the number required.

How do guests purchase our gifts?

They can purchase gifts either online, by phone or in store and leave a personal gift message to you.

When will my items be delivered?

You can decide on when your gift list will be closed.

If items have been purchased outright, then once your list is closed we will organise delivery.

If you are ordering larger items we will confirm all the product details with you and provide an estimated time for delivery.  

What type of payments do you accept?

Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro.

Once I have confirmed my list can I change it?

You can amend or add items to your list anytime, either by emailing or calling us. Please note: once items have been bought, you can’t remove them from your list.

Sofas and reclaimed teak items are handmade to order so these items cannot be changed once manufacturing begins.

What happens if items I choose become unavailable — will you automatically give me an alternative or will I be allowed to choose the replacement?

If a guest has purchased an item for you and due, to unforeseen circumstances, RAFT is unable to supply the item, you will be contacted by your Gift List Account Manager who will work with you to find an alternative gift.

How are my payments and privacy protected?

Raft respects your privacy and therefore all your personal data will be treated with the highest confidentiality.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) we have electronically recorded your contact details for the purpose of processing your order, analysing statistics to improve this website and its services to you, administering this website and keeping you up to date with Raft news and offers.

Your details will not be passed on to third parties. If you object to Raft keeping this information please let us know and we will delete your details.

To ensure your security, we use (SSL) VeriSign encryption technology. When you process your card details through our site, SSL encrypts the details as they travel over the Internet.

 

How do I set up my list?

 

1. Create an account on the main RAFT website at www.raftfurniture.co.uk

2. After you’ve registered your account, browse through the products adding your items for the gift list to your cart. 

3. Stop once you get to the checkout

5. Email us your name and contact number and one of our friendly gift list account managers will be in touch.

6. We will create a web page for you where your friends and family can view and purchase all your products online

7. We will upload an image of your choice for your personalised webpage.
