COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information


Our warehouses, manufacturing and deliveries are all up and running.

All orders now will be delivered to your room of choice by our agents dressed in PPE. You will be asked to vacate the room and respect social distancing.

Anyone who does not wish to have Raft's representatives in their homes can have our products left in a suitable place for the customer to bring in. If you don’t have a suitable place we will hold on to the goods until you are comfortable taking them.


Q: Is there a delay on sofas following the Covid-19 scare?

A: All sofas ordered today are on an estimated 4 to 6 week lead time. All orders prior to lock down will take precedents and those customers will be contacted ASAP to clear the back log


Q: Is there a delay on accessories? 

A: All accessories orders on our web site are available for immediate delivery. Orders placed prior to lock down will take precedence and they will be delivered ASAP to reduce the back log


Q: Is there a delay on teak products? 

A: Production coming from Raft's teak factory has been impacted and all back orders have been delayed. You will be contacted with and update once we have an ETA on container arrivals. However the web site currently only shows in stock teak and so you will get products ordered on line with in an estimated two weeks (post code dependent)


Q: Is there a delay on bed orders? 

A: Fabric bed orders are on a 4-6 week lead time. Teak bed orders will be covered by the above


Q: Is there a risk of contamination on any imports? 

A: Current government guidance doesn’t suggest this is a risk, however, we have taken measures to reach out to all of our suppliers, particularly our fabric houses in Italy, to ensure they are taking the right precautions. All stock we hold currently was ordered prior to the Covid-19 outbreak.


Q: Is it safe to come in store? 

A: Raft will be opening its stores from the 1st of June with a maximum household per store and a social distancing policy. Please look at our appointment systems for both in person and facetime store visits (search bar). Please book your appointment even if you only want to browse. This will avoid disappointment


Q: Is it safe for your delivery team to deliver to my house?

Q: Can I get a refund on my existing order? 

A: Unfortunately we are unable to refund processed orders that are impacted by Covid-19. We are happy to hold orders in our warehouse until a time when customers are feeling more confident in receiving deliveries.
