Simply book a free access visit and we'll design and make your sofa specifically for your space in our London factory. Then, we'll deliver and set it up! No DIY, flat-packing or compromising on quality.

  • Once we have received your order, our lead delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks.
  • Please wait to be contacted about organising a delivery date.
  • Our team will carry and assemble it in your home. Worried About it fitting,
    contact us via the live web chat or call us.
  • No packaging or mess will be left behind.

Raft's Return Policy

  • For online orders, if for any reason you'd like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The cost of restocking a returned item is 10% of its value, which will be deducted from your refund.
